North East housing association, Bernicia Group, is improving its service delivery to tenants through enhanced performance management delivered by Intuitive Dashboards.
The dashboard solution extracts key information from Bernicia’s Housing and CRM SQL databases as well as a number of spreadsheets As a result, Bernicia benefits from trending visibility and graphical access to critical metrics across housing, tenant profiling, and employee statistics to analyse performance, improve efficiencies and enhance client service.
The next phase of the project will see Intuitive Dashboards implemented over Bernicia’s Oracle database for its contractor system and with its Finance package. Bernicia also plan to implement dashboards to report on their data capture and document management solutions, OnBase and Readsoft, supplied by ProcessFlows, a leading provider of document management solutions to the enterprise market.
