Using Intuitive Dashboards, the Trust gains fast, real-time, graphical access to a vast array of operational data, which will enable senior managers to view, report and share critical performance information with the Executive team. The dashboard solution is currently being used to deploy information on ward statistics to the Divisional Units and ward managers, supporting work being undertaken by the Trust’s Business Sustainability Programme. This will enable the monitoring of key performance targets at ward level. The Business Intelligence Team is now working on dashboards relating to contract monitoring, waiting lists and outpatients.
