The International Green Hero Award was presented to Christine Farnill of Intuitive Business Intelligence by Trevor Baylis, inventor of the wind-up radio, at a glittering awards ceremony held at London’s Canary Wharf.
Roger Wolens, Managing Director of The Green Organisation, which organizes the awards, comments, “The International Green Hero Award is given to companies such as Intuitive Business Intelligence that are global beacons of environmental good practice.”
Tony Bray, Managing Director at Intuitive Business Intelligence, comments, “Our solution is very appealing to organisations of all sizes and in all markets who want to dramatically reduce their environmental impact, whilst simultaneously increasing their business and operational efficiency. As commercial, public sector and not-for-profit organisations increase their focus on sustaining their businesses through the current economic downturn, they are inevitably seeking ways to reduce costs and improve profitability. At the same time, the need for a rapidly-deployed solution that saves vast amounts of paper, energy, and other environmental costs is paramount.”
Bray concludes, “Using our software, organisations can rapidly reduce or even completely eliminate the need for paper-based management reporting. They can save money, reduce energy bills, and reduce the overall environmental impact of their business operations. We’re honoured to receive the International Green Hero Award and look forward to helping our current and future clients reap the considerable green benefits offered by Intuitive Dashboards.”
