FI Education allows HE institutes to quickly and easily evaluate their modules using customised student surveys and questionnaires. Instant feedback on areas such as quality of teaching, pass rates and module attendance can be provided, helping institutes to raise standards and more easily meet their goals.
Wolfgang A. Grabow, Managing Director from Grabow & Kiss Software GmbH, says, “We have teamed-up with ‘best of breed’ technology provider, Intuitive Business Intelligence, to build a module evaluation solution that is incredibly easy to use. Unlike other systems on the market, faculty and teaching staff can be up-and-running with our software extremely quickly and can readily customise the surveys, dashboards and reports to suit, creating a user-friendly solution. We have recognised a clear demand for FI Education across Europe.”
FI Education has three main components – Import, Portal and Export. The Import component harnesses key data from the HE Institute’s systems to create student surveys and questionnaires. The Portal, which has visual components powered by Intuitive Dashboards, uses a library of ‘out of the box’ pre-packaged dashboards to provide survey and KPI feedback in an easy-to-understand, graphical layout. The dashboards are accessible via PCs, tablets and smartphones. Finally, the Export component places the survey results into a reporting format, which is then distributed to stakeholders for analysis and review.
Tony Bray, Managing Director from Intuitive Business intelligence, says, “It is exciting to be part of a project that involves the launch of a module evaluation solution that is unlike anything else on the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. By harnessing Intuitive’s technology, Grabow & Kiss Software has developed a solution for higher education providers that is tailored to their needs and extremely easy to use. Its customisable features also makes it a cut above competitive solutions, providing it with self-service qualities so that users no longer need to rely on the expertise of their IT departments.”
