A strategic partnership between EvaSys Survey Automation Suite provider, Electric Paper Ltd, and Intuitive Business Intelligence, is enabling higher education (HE) institutes to instantly access key performance information. Universities and colleges can even compare their own course and module performance with their counterparts across the sector to help drive up teaching standards. EvaSys Survey Automation Suite is the market-leading evaluation software of choice for half of the universities in the UK and over 750 institutes worldwide.
Eric Bohms, managing director of Electric Paper Ltd, says, “Our partnership with Intuitive Business Intelligence demonstrates that we are continuing to lead the way in the evaluation software market within the higher education sector.”
The dashboards are also being used to deliver a ‘first of its kind’ benchmarking solution for universities and other HE institutes, meaning that they will have access to a baseline of results that are statistically significant for the sector. For the first time, users will be able to drill down and compare student satisfaction on a range of measures at the most granular level.
EvaSys Education software users can access the packaged dashboards and benchmarking functionality via ‘add-on’ solutions EvaSys Insight and MBE Module Benchmarking. Brunel University has recently implemented the EvaSys Insight module and is envisioning substantial benefits. Dr Ian Dear, Dean of Students from Brunel University explains, “Having early warning mechanisms and up-to-date comparisons and KPIs regarding our online module evaluation process is vital in ensuring overall engagement and uptake in the survey process across the university.”
Bohms, says, “Intuitive’s dashboard software has integrated easily into EvaSys, providing a very user-friendly and powerful solution. With Intuitive’s innovative approach, we have been able to bring our EvaSys Insight and MBE Module Benchmarking products to life, exceeding the needs of our customers while providing them with a much deeper level of analysis than was previously possible.”
Tony Bray, managing director of Intuitive Business Intelligence, comments, “Raising the performance levels in higher education is a constant battle for the sector. With the combined efforts of Electric Paper and Intuitive, vital performance and benchmarking data is now instantly available in easy-to-understand graphical formats, ensuring universities and colleges have the detailed insights they require to remain competitive.”
