Users of Metastore’s OpenText RightFax are already able to access ECM Dashboards. The solution will be made available to other Metastore customers and applications in due course.
Using ECM Dashboards, users of network fax server solution, OpenText RightFax, are provided with instant insights into their fax traffic, such as number of inbound and outbound faxes per department, which users send the most international faxes, number of failed faxes and top reasons for faxing errors. Such valuable insights help users to operate their RightFax system more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Warnars says, “The RightFax dashboards will totally transform how businesses manage their fax traffic, and with 75 per cent of our customer base using RightFax, this will provide us with a vital springboard for rolling-out the solution to other customers and applications.”
Metastore is also targeting multifunction printer (MFP) organisations across Benelux via its MFP partner channel. This is an entirely new solution for this marketplace and there is considerable interest in ECM Dashboards.
Warnars says, “We are excited about the possibilities ECM Dashboards presents to the multifunction printer market. No other dashboard solution is currently in use by MFP organisations and so there is a definite gap that we are keen to fill.”
Metastore is confident that ECM Dashboards will open-up opportunities with new BI partners, allowing it to grow its channel, as Warnars explains, “Partners are key to our business and so we are always looking to recruit suitable partners to take our solutions to market. ECM Dashboards opens-up a whole new channel opportunity for us.”
